Collection Services
Davis Law, P.S.C. provides commercial collection services for our clients. These services range preparation of simple collection letters to litigation services providing representation in both the State Court System and Federal Bankruptcy Court. Fee agreements for these services are arranged on a client by client basis and can either be based on an hourly rate, or alternatively, on an contingency basis.
A sample representative list of our clients includes: Pioneer Credit Company, Heights Finance Company, Equity One, Inc., Berea Credit Union, Mountain Association for Community Economic Development, Appalachian Credit Union and World Finance.
